There were several positive aspects to my visit, including the ample parking, effective air conditioning, and comfortable king bed. I also appreciate your staff's prompt assistance in providing a microwave (rooms are not equipped with microwaves) and extra towels.
However, I would like to highlight several areas for improvement. The rooms and pool area are outdated, particularly the room carpeting. Additionally, the ice machine outside our room was non-functional throughout our stay. Regarding the golf facilities, while the course was in decent shape, the driving range is in poor condition, and the $150 weekend rate was overpriced.
Most importantly, I encountered a billing discrepancy during checkout. At checkout we were advised that we had only paid a resort fee for one night when booking the three night stay on Expedia. My Expedia booking confirmation showed a total of $567, yet the resort’s records indicated only $511 had been paid. Despite having already paid the higher Expedia rate, I was required to pay an additional $50 resort fee."
