"The staff go way beyond the ordinary to make sure your stay is the best possible. I really have to commend the staff in every way. For one, when you check out, they intentionally time a quick check of your room to make sure you didn’t forget anything. If you did, they call within minutes of your checkout to let you know. "Amazing doesn’t even get you half way! This is an incredible hidden gem in Guilin. Nestled in the middle of the botanical gardens, this hotel is perfect! 10 stars! "We went there with no plans because it was forecasted to rain a lot. But it didn’t rain that much and the staffs there helped us arranged our itinerary.
