"The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
I did one small load of laundry and it cost $16, $8 for washer and dryer machine tokens, $4 for a single packet of soap and $4 for three dryer sheets. Fairly outrageous. Otherwise a reasonable stay."

"There is absolutely nothing unique about this property whatsoever. There is no in-room coffee maker, no continental breakfast, very RARELY is the front desk staffed, the window coverings in the rooms are in dire need of replacing, housekeeping is by request only and then only if the message gets passed on. The only upside to the Baranof Lodge is that it is easy walking distance to downtown, the shops and restaurants. Oh, and the airport shuttle is appreciated. We paid a hefty amount for a...
