"Beautiful and tastefully decorated villas with private pools just outside Agia Galina. View from the private seating area is absolutely magnificent! My husband, teenage daughter and I had a lovely stay and the host and staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. Despite its peaceful and off-the-beaten track location its close to many of the areas sightseeing destinations (Phaistos, Matala Gortyna) and beaches. We will definitely return!"

"This house was so adorable! We were running extremely late do to a change in our flight but the owner stayed up to greet us. She showed us around the village and where the stores were. Even offered to check on us if we needed it. The house itself was cozy and well kept. We had the pleasure of having a nice dog hang out outside our door. "À notre arrivée, avant d'entrer dans la chambre, nous avons été agréablement surpris par le jardin et la terrasse ombragée à l'arrière de la maison. Par contre, la chambre était exiguëe avec le lit contre un mur et pas de lampe de chevet. La lunette des wc n'était plus fixée. La nuit a été cauchemardesque : le lit grinçait à chaque mouvement, le matelas à ressorts était très inconfortable et les oreillers horribles. "Ignored and Disappointed: Poor Communication by Hotel Management When we extended our stay, the hotel staff failed to inform us about a special 50% May discount. Although the manager later compensated us nicely, our experience with the hotel’s loyalty program has been extremely disappointing. Since our stay, we've made multiple attempts to register for the hotel’s loyalty membership. Despite discussing this directly with reception upon checkout (we were promised a follow-up that never came) and sending three subsequent emails, we've received no response whatsoever. It feels as though the hotel is deliberately avoiding our registration to prevent us from receiving the 10% discount on our next visit, especially concerning given their initial oversight regarding the 50% discount. We remain puzzled by this complete lack of communication from hotel management."
