"Positives: The property and rooms were clean and well-kept. The hotel is in a nice area. The breakfast was good; the waitperson was very pleasant, attentive, and helpful. Negatives: The door to the adjoining room is a terrible sound barrier. We could easily hear conversations. Unfortunately for us, our next door neighbors liked to stay up past midnight. We had to pound on the door twice to get them to speak more softly. The floor in the shower is very slippery."

"The property is nice for what it is and the price. The rooms were pretty clean, house keeping is very friendly. There is 1 elevator so it can take a minute or two to get to where you’re going sometimes. There was a new person on desk that initially scared me and told me my reservation was canceled and there wasn’t anything she could do about it and that I’d need to call Expedia. Even after I told her I had already prepaid for the room and had the receipt; it took a senior front desk agent to...
