"They were so lovely. They upgraded our room, brought us a power outlet when we left ours in Athens. Hot tub was amazing but but but remember to wear the slippers/outdoor slip ons as the surfaces were very slippery and my husband did slip getting out of the hot tub. The views were stunning. Great location! Loved it! The breakfast was amazing too! "

"Room was clean, staff was kind. Jacuzzi was too cold to enjoy- disappointing considering we booked to enjoy jacuzzi and view. Staff mentioned it was 33 C (91F) and said that was very hot but standard ribs are 38-39 (100-102 F). Otherwise it was good stay and view was excellent."

We got to walk around and the view from the other hotels didn't match up. And the room is beautiful - a REAL cave, not man made! Then the communication through the Expedia app was a plus. They kept us informed and offered services like booking a private driver to take you from the airport or booking...

"We had an amazing stay in a Deluxe Suite with outdoor heated jacuzzi for our honeymoon at Lukas. From the beginning, the staff was so responsive and helpful. We ran into a massive flight delay, and Panos and Dimitris seamlessly arranged everything so we were picked up at the airport and able to check-in well past midnight. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The terrace was actually very private—a rarity in Santorini! The homemade breakfast delivered to the room daily was delicious...

"I barely ever write reviews. This place and the owner were exceptional. Couldnt imagine a better view or spot to see Santorini. Perfect balance of privacy and access to everting (as long as you don’t mind some strolls with some of the best views in the world. We loved it). Very much a family run business on the host’s ancestral property. He went above and beyond with every little detail. This should be the place you stay. He should probably charge more. It’s too good."

"The staff and amenities were really good. The room was very small, not sure if that’s common in Greece. The view was the highlight. However the property is located at the bottom so it was almost a 7 min walk from the main square. It was hard on the knees so if you choose this place be prepared to make that climb everytime you want to go out."
