"We had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is very convenient — close to Wawel Castle and the Jewish district of Kazimierz, which made exploring the city easy. A special thank you to Paula at the reception, who was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Most of the staff were friendly, although the service in the F&D department was not always very welcoming. One small downside was an unpleasant smell...

"A lovely setting alongside a park. My room was spatitious, comfortable and with a Nespresso machine. Loved that you could get fresh water from the corridor (including cool and sparkling) - great to stay hydrated. Nice walk into old town."

"The hotel was great. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with nice bathroom. We didnt use the restaurant as we prefer to eat out, wifi was good. Central location and plenty of bars and restaurants close by. About 25 min walk to th3 old town square, but its all walking. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Krakow. 10/10 from us."
