I stopped in room 10 and had trouble locking door and rang up and said it always has trouble locking so said was not happy and said give them 10 mins to come and sort out they never came out i stopped here last new years eve u got greated to check in and had a room down stairs were could have your own pre drinks and to lady was lovely with everyone got u all in mood to let new year in so thats y booked again but was no of that was all locked off and nobody greated u to show to room u had to ring up to find out what room was in and another thing there was tea coffeee facilities but no milk so how the hell could u make a drink to be honest it was really disappointing for the year before dont think be booking again

There was no WiFi, the window handle was broken so unsafe, the door to the room wouldn't lock , the room was dirty , shower was either burning hot or cold and was hanging off the wall ,it was a complete waste of money

Upon arrival the hotel was hosting a wedding reception with a lot of people and very loud music, and the member of staff who suddenly appeared saying they knew nothing about the wedding taking place. This then meant that despite the hotel advertising parking, all the spaces were filled with wedding guests so we were unable to make use of that. We understand the whole you get what you pay for sort of thing…. However as a heads up for future guests… there is a lot of noise, the bed is so uncomfortable and also a lot smaller than a standard sized double, there is nowhere to hang clothes, not even hooks for a coat, you don’t even get hand soap in the bathroom. The, what appear to be, fist/punch marks in the bathroom door were a beautiful added extra alongside the dirty protest looking stains on the walls and broken window handles as well as up side down fitted blind, really added to the decoration of the room. We can only hope for the sake of the rest of the guests that the number 1 on room 1 doesn’t stand for the highest standard of rooms…. All in all, would not personally stay here again. The only positive is it’s less than a 10 minute walk to the seafront.

This is not a hotel! And definitely not a 3* hotel either. It’s a lodge at best with poor upkeep

Definatley not a 3.5 star hotel more like a unclean Hostel.shower was very dirty with someone else's hair, no hand wash, no shower gel.Reception was closed after booking in, unable to complain or ask for anything.Bed was broken and sheets had holes, wish i read reviews before booking.

Broken bed, carpets were worn ripped and the whole place just wasnt inviting. Room was small and nothing like the picutres. Checked out within 2 hours of checking in and went 10 minutes up the road for £20 more and the new place was immaculate

Not as bad as i was expecting from previous review

Not as bad as i was expecting following previous reviews. Every ok and as descibed. Just very basic and lacking in any personality. Be great at half the price as a working mans stop over.
