Hotel dekat Rumah Skenduli

"Dit is letterlijk de mooiste hotel kamer waar ik ooit verbleven ben! Alles was authentiek, stenen muren en het plafond!!! We werden super ontvangen door de zoon van de eigenaar. Heeft wat zaken verteld over het familie bedrijf en we voelden ons meteen welkom. Ook een heerlijk ontbijt met prachtig uitzicht."

"Great service and a great location, you wake up to such a beautiful view! I arrived close to midnight, and they asked me if I had eaten. They were even ready to cook something for me! 5 stars, will definitely recommend!"

"The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the front desk, who have is great suggestions for food and things to do, always checking to see how his recommendations went for us."

"Wir hatten drei Zimmer als Familie mit drei Generationen gebucht. Schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht, gut gelegen in der Altstadt. Der Aufstieg zur Burg dauert etwa eine Dreiviertelstunde. Man sollte bei der Anreise allerdings nicht das Hotel in der Navigation eingeben. Das Hotel informiert über ein nah gelegenes Parkhaus und stellt einen Gepäckservice. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!"

"The front desk help was excellent, breakfast was delicious and my room was comfortable"

"Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms, wonderful finishes, and spectacular views over Gjirokastër and the valley. The main drawback is the hilltop location: walking to and from the Old Town is extremely steep, so you will likely rely on taxis, which adds some friction if you want to explore frequently. The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful, though service can feel somewhat unpolished. The food is okay, but I found the restaurants in the Old Town much better. Overall, a lovely place to stay...

"The location was awesome. Super easy to walk everywhere, fairly level to get to the Bazaar (which is rare based on what we saw). We walked to the castle as well, a bit uphill, but that’s true of every rental in town. All in all A++ for location. The dinner was absolutely delicious…there meatballs were incredible. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was great, super friendly. The room was a great mix of old and modernized. We thought Silver Hill was awesome. I’ve already recommended it...

"We had a great view directed at the castle. Really nice at night with lights. Staff was extremely helpful. Location was perfect for walking around old town. Decor of our room was unique and authentic Albanian. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We loved staying at Amalia’s house. Everything was spotless and cozy, and very peaceful and quiet. The courtyard is beautiful and it’s very easy to access the main areas of Gjirokastra with a quick walk up the hill. We’d love to come stay here again!"

"Excellent concept, room specification, on-site manager and location but no blinds on windows!"

"Great location and amazing staff."

"I had a wonderful stay here. The accommodation was very clean and only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the town center. What really made my stay special was the family. They were incredibly kind, warm and welcoming. The guest house is family run, which gives it a very personal and authentic atmosphere. Every morning I enjoyed a delicious fresh breakfast. If you like things simple and authentic, without all the unnecessary fuss of overpriced luxury hotels, this is the place for you. And if you want...

"Muy bueno el hotel."

"LITERALLY THE BEST HOTEL IN ALL OF ALBANIA. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP TIER. TRUE DEFINITION OF ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THIER CUSTOMERS. IF I EVER WENT BACK TO ALBANIA I WOULD LIKE TO SPEND MORE TIME HERE."

"Rent og pent rom. God seng. Personalet var hjelpsomme."

"Lovely room and great staff "

"The family that owns it, lives there and they were very helpful. Breakfast was really nice, the kids loved the Albanian donuts. Beautiful room with stone walls. Its walkable to the castle and bazar but it’s steep climb up."
