"Very impressed with this property! The room was amazing and fairly priced for the area. This hotel pays attention to the details! They have a snack bar in the lobby and second floor atrium with small complimentary snacks, which is a nice gesture. The spa was awesome, which is basically a large hot tub room that is meticulously designed. The bed was hands down the comfiest hotel bed we ever slept on; best sleep we got in a long time being away from home. Can’t say enough good things about...

"The hotel is severely overpriced for the service offered. The rooms are decent. The property seems understaffed. And the breakfast service is unreliable where they ran out of most items midway through their breakfast buffet timings. All of these would be par for a room that costs less than half of what I paid for a room here. I'd definitely give this hotel a pass if I were in this area again."

"This is a nice place to stay in while in Jackson Hole. Very affordable. Bed was comfortable, however the metal frames that they use for the bed do make a lot of noise when you’re moving in the bed. The walls are a little thin, so you do hear your neighbor’s on occasion. On my first night my upstairs neighbors were making a lot of noise. Thankfully my second night was a lot quieter. The staff is very helpful. I had left my jacket and I called and was able to have them shipped it to me, of course...

"Great hotel for being in the Center of town and walk to restaurants shops and activities. Hotel was quiet even with a hub of activity going on so great place to unwind after a long day. A very nice library for guests to relax beautifully furnished with fireplace. Room we stayed in was efficient and appointed with comfort items including insulated backpack that was custom packed for our day trips. "The property is in an excellent location in downtown Jackson for walking to all restaurants and shops. The price is excellent for the area. We never used the restaurant, which is around the corner from the resort. The room we had for 2 had 2 queen very comfy beds. Standard amenities in room were just fine. If in Jacksonhole again I would stay here again for all those reasons."
