"Loved our stay at this boutique hotel with perfect location. Lake views and morning breakfast were amazing. The staff truly cared about assuring that guests enjoyed their stay. On-site restaurant was excellent, patronized by locals as well as guests. Top-notch food and definitely not touristy. A great choice in Montreux!"

"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. "Ich bin schon viele Male im Modern Times Hotel gewesen. Die Zimmer sind immer einwandfrei. Das Essen und das Frühstückbuffet sind top. An der Bar werden die Drinks immer von der gleichen Dame in Topqualität gemixt. Auch sonst ist die Bedienung einwandfrei. Ich profitiere immer auch von der kostenlosen Ladung meines Elektroautos. Schade, eine Ladesäule ist schon seit über einem Jahr defekt. "

"This is our second time in Montreux and we always stayed at Eurotel. And this time on our child 17th Birthday. We love the view and the location. The free flow welcome drink and popcorn always made us happy. Also the breakfast superb!! Staff very helpful, she arrange our rooms close to each other. Surely will come back again..
