"Clean room. Staff are really nice and very helpful. Breakfast is the same every morning. But with variety of selections. Free coffee and tea 24/7. Very close to the train station (2 minutes walk), churches, restaurants, coop…but still a peaceful area. Wash and go about 3 minutes walk (if you’re on a budget). Hallway is quite narrow but room is okay. Will recommend."

"This hotel is very accessible to places you want to visit in Switzerland. Richard is very hospitable. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is excellent. Quiet and easy to find. There are not a lot of restaurant close by but drivable if needed. The most beautiful thing that we experience is the VIEW of the mountains across the beautiful lake. "

"シングルの部屋で予約していましたが、ダブルにアップグレードしていただきました。部屋は綺麗でデザインも素敵でした。朝食がとても豪華で印象に残っています。エスプレッソマシーンや冷蔵庫もあり充実していました。 チェックインの際に注意事項などの紙が配られ、守らなければ罰金もあります。ほとんどが当たり前のことですが、部屋でテイクアウトを食べてはいけないなど、特別気をつけることもあるのでそこはよく読んだ方がいいでしょう。 ただ、ホテルに併設されているレストランに行ったところ、高齢の女性のスタッフに差別的なことを言われ入れてもらえないということがあり不快な気持ちになりました。 総合的に、駅からも近く、値段以上の宿泊をできたのでとても良かったです。レストランに関してはオスト周辺よりウェストの方が確実に多いです。"

"It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. First time pick up, they charged CHF 8. Going down to train station also the same CHF 8. When we call again, for pick up at train station, the...

"Receptionist are very kind and helpful, excellent services. Unfortunately the shower room is too narrow so that make us difficult to move and clean our body. But overall the hotel satisfied enough."
