"It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. Staff Melisa was great who checked us in and did the best she could to make our stay comfortable. Thank you! "The hotel is situated directly opposite the train station, making travel very easy. The staff were wonderful and very informative. Great facilities including a luggage storage service and a common area with complimentary ice and hot water. Rooms are clean, peaceful, and equipped with a fan. "No A/C— ventilation worked only half the time. When we checked in the manager told us that were going to get an upgrade., but in reality, she downgraded us to the old building. The shower was tiny. The only good thing I can say is one of the staff members which was a male who is very helpful and gave us good recommendations on restaurants. I think his name started with an F. He had kind of balding head. He was nice."
