"The hotel was close to the train station and had a microwave, eating/cooking utensil and a small fridge so we bought some food from the grocery store close by (Coop). Also, the hotel has free laundry facilities (just has to pay CHF 1 for the detergent) which was very convenient. The room (Studio 40) was clean and the beds were comfy. I would stay here when I visit Interlaken again!"

"We travelled in July and had a bad experience with the hotel . Front desk was rude told us not to flood the bathroom and use the curtains properly . Also that not to cook food in the kettle. "The hotel was a good choice in regards to affordability in the area. It had old world charm but would have liked a few more amenities and a few more updates. The room got warm as there was no AC. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but most food ran out quickly and was not replaced quickly. Our room had a spectacular view of Jungfraujoch which made up for many things."

"It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. "Our kids loved the garden area and bin of toys to play with in the grass. The hotel room was quite small but was designed very well considering. Parts of the hotel seem updated and nice while others (like the shower) were a bit older."

"Very nice location. Right in the center of the city. What is very special for us is there are super market and laundry just next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull for us. would be great if the aircon is cooler. Sadly we stay there when heat wave happen in Europe. So the AC doesnt good enough. Other thing is, would be good if there is fridge on the room. Other than that, i would still reccomend people to stay here."
