"Excellent breakfast. There was a shuttle bus as promised, but on busy mornings it could not take all skiers. Also, it did not run during the evenings, so you had to take the car to the town for dinner. We had two rooms and one was bigger than the other. Neither room had a desk which made it difficult to work. Nice warm spa area. The parking fee was strange as there is no way to get to the hotel other than by car, there are plenty of space and far from anything else."

"The breakfast was great along with a wonderful staff. It was a perfect location, good ski room with boot heater/dryers for our stuff, and I loved the quaint village of Kirchberg. The only odd thing about the hotel room was the shower… a little learning curve not to get the entire space wet. But we figured it out. Would stay here again."

"This is such an amazing stay, I highly recommend. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed to amazing hospitality, where they invite you to have some complimentary tea or coffee while looking over the details of your trip. There is sauna, and infrared treatments. My cousin and I needed to keep our bags somewhere while we snowboarded at kitzski, since our checkout time was at 10am, they allowed us to keep our bags in a separate room. This family owned and operated hotel goes above and beyond to please there guests. I hope to return again soon!"

"We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The lounge/restaurant area was a lovely space to relax by the fire and have something to eat and drink. The rooms were nice but could do with some extra features like somewhere to put the suitcase and some better lighting (it was too dark). We also found very limited bathroom amenities for a hotel of this standard. For example a one product "does everything" which I find is more of a 3 star hotel feature. "
