It’s simple, but very clean with a lovely family there to look after you. Nice pool, and at least 10 tavernas in easy walking distance.

Great

Great little property, clean and comfortable, very friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, a little bit repetitive. In general great little place, would definitely recommend the place.

Little gem

Amazing location. Fabulous basic breakfast. Run by two female staff who cook and clean. Clean pool. Plenty of sunbeds. Plenty of Tavernas within 200 yards . Fabulous calm beach 400 yards away

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Pension Strawberry. Everything was nearly perfect, good location (Beach at 6 min by foot, good restaurants at 1-2 min by foot). It is also a perfect location to move in all Skiathos if you have a car. The Staff is very nice and polite and it is ideal for families with children's. I don't give 5 stars only because the swimming pool that should be more empty and the waterline should be cleaned more often.

Lovely stay with lovely staff. Enjoyed the whole thing and would recommend Strawberry Pension. Only criticism is poor communication before arrived as we asked for 2 rooms next to one another (large family) which both the venue and Expedia did not respond to. Also the pool is adequate but looks a bit tired and may be needs a clean. Rooms are fab and everything else really nice. Thank you

A stay at Strawberry is a sweet experience. Margarita was a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough for you. The Pension is spotless, pool lovely and quiet and breakfast each day had plenty of choices. Definitely a place to relax and unwind. Plenty of wonderful restaurants literally on the doorstep. And don’t bother with the journey to Koukanaries…Paraskevi Beach is just across the road and very relaxing with plenty of amenities. Bus stop is a few hundred yards away, too. Perfect for going into town. All in all, great location, great hospitality…thoroughly recommended.

Lovely place to stay, excellent location. The lady who runs the pension is really friendly and helpful. A lovely breakfast is included in the cost. The room was modern and a kettle was available. The only issue was there was a smell of drains in the room. The sink has not been plumbed in correctly and there are issues with the floor drains. Overall it didn’t spoil our stay and we would certainly return.

Didnt stay i booked and paid for this and although I had a receipt and booking references they said they had no booking for us i think they had double booked as it was full asked if they could record somewhere else as it was late at night and girl on reception laughed and just said No So be careful about booking this property

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at Pension Strawberry and Margarita and her staff were fantastic. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Our problem was with the owners, we booked 3 rooms direct with Strawberry in January via credit card and opted to pay on arrival, unfortunately I didn’t realise my card expired in June, in August they tried to take the money from the card, instead of contacting me for new card details they emailed cancelling all 3 rooms, I tried again to book direct but they kept sending cancellation emails, we then booked through hotels. Com which cost double the amount that we booked in January. Grecos Tours I suggest you answer emails

Es könnte eine sehr schöne Anlage sein, wenn man mal ordentlich putzen würde. Die Zimmer riechen modrig, sind auch nicht sauber geputzt. Fremde Haare im Bett, und Flecken auf Kissen und Bettzeug. Bäder zum Teil ohne Fenster, die Belüftungsanlage verbreitet einen herrlichen „ich wurde auch noch nie gereinigt“-Duft. Das Personal vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist auch völlig in Ordnung, gute Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei, schöne Terrasse am Pool. Der Pool wiederum ist leider auch nicht sauber, also nicht zum Baden geeignet…

FABULOUS PLACE, PITY ABOUT THE RESORT AGENCY

Can't complain about the property or the lovely staff as we had stayed at the Strawberry in June & we have booked to stay next year as well. The problem myself & several of my friends experienced was with the Agency dealing with the bookings. When we booked in Jan 2022 through Hotels.com we chose to pay at the property & were charged extra for this, but 3 weeks before we were due to travel the money was taken from my credit card, but for some of my friends their rooms were cancelled because of problems with their cards. However, instead of contacting them to give them the opportunity to give details of another card, they just cancelled their rooms. When they tried to rebook the rooms they experienced problems. Eventually, after about 24hrs of trying to rebook, one room could not be booked so I then went onto Hotels.com & managed to get them a room which cost almost £700 which was more than double what they initally booked for. This was absolutely disgusting considering their stay was only for 7 nights & were charged for 14 nights. I notice that the prices for next year are less than £300 for a week. I see that all future bookings can only be booked without the choice of free cancellations, which to be honest is not worth diddly squat when the Agent takes your money any way. Maybe Hotels.com should contact them to find out what they're playing at. Beside all this I would say that the resort Manager Margarita is fabulous & unaware of anything to do with bookings.

Fawlty Towers of Skiathos.

Good location, clean and staff friendly. However, very hard bed with plastic mattress cover. Impossible to sleep well. The water from the taps was often brown. Room was small. The electricity went off numerous times a day. The pool went a murky brown colour after a week. It then turned green and did not return to almost normal for another week. The coffee machine in the bar didn't work. The stereo system in the bar was broken and only had one radio station. Unfortunately, it was a trance techno station which they played way too loud at times. As the average age of clientele was over 50 I felt that was a tad inappropriate. I mentioned this to the staff but they didn't understand. You can only laugh.

Bella location vicina alla spiaggia e fuori dalla strada principale così da risultare tranquilla. Non si sentono rumori dalla strada. Ho soggiornato in un alloggio con vista piscina davvero gradevole anche se nel suo complesso la dimensione della camera era leggermente piccola, comunque vivibile. Buona pulizia. Unico neo la colazione, a mio avviso, un po' povera rispetto allo standard. Nel complesso esperienza positiva.

I don't like the breakfast was very poor and of no quality the stale bread the eggs frozen and single boiled. in the bath room there was no room to touch your shampoo and generally your facts nor to hold your towel for the money I spent I would find a much better accommodation I would not recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

It was like little cottages. Each with their own porch. Room was modern and very clean but very stark. All white and Grey. no color. No art on the walls. Pool was fabulous. Breakfast just ok. VERY thin walls. Nice place to stay.
