"First, I would like to say thank you to the receptionist who welcomed us on the day of our arrival, 16/6/26. They were very cheerful, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the start. On our second day of stay, one of the receptionist kindly recommended some places for us to visit, which we really loved. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful — truly the best.
