"The spa was one of the primary reasons the I booked and it did not disappoint. I received a haircut that was fantastic and used all the facilities multiple times a day. I also loved the club on the 19 floor (incredible views, good food, great staff, and a place to relax). The daily breakfast on the 19 floor far exceeed my expectations in terms of food options, the staff and once again views. I went there most days to catch the sunrise which was life affirming. When interacting with the staff (front desk - Nina, and concierge- Gasper) they were extremely professional, helpful, and showed genuine concern about meeting and far exceeding my expectations. They also added a beautiful personal touch. I have been to 30 countries and your hotel is not only stunning but well ran and client focused. I will be back and I will also recommend it to all my friends and colleagues that visit. Thank you for being one of the best parts of my incredible trip. Joseph Lucero Ps. "Great location in the centre of Ljubljana, room was small but very clean. Nice common breakfast/bar area, with tea available all day. Breakfast was also ok. Please make sure to indicate that you'll need the parking in order to get the reduced tariff, otherwise you'll have to pay full price (35€/day)."

"Unfortunately the water bottles had free complimentary sticker on it but they were only free for Radisson members, not for guest, so I was for using them Very poor considering most hotels provide free water anyway "
