"Property had a power outage around 11pm. I was using a CPAP and had a 6am flight to catch (which there "free 25 hr airport shuttle" did not start running until 6 am) Went to lobby for status updates. Staff not helpful and seemed very annoyed with people asking. Did not offer anything to make the situation more comfortable or helpful."

"Very large and busy, quite different from other Hamptons I’ve stayed at. The building is older and needs some paint, etc. but overall appeared clean. The surrounding area and mall/dining are very nice. The one complaint I have is that the bed was incredibly uncomfortable - there was a dip that made it difficult not to roll out."
