The room was very comfortable and cozy the owner was very nice and helpful. Quiet stay in a nice room close to where ewe were meeting friends

The good - The price is relatively cheap - The room is spacious, has a fridge, AC, and almost all you need The bad - Far from the city centre: about a 30 min walk and there is no public transportation here - No blinds: if you don’t like light to sleep, you’ll wake up very early. - Thin walls, you can hear every one. And people do some weird stuff very early in the morning, like moving furniture. The worse - I found two small cockroaches, managed to kill one, the other slipped through the roof - Someone was quite literally screaming his lungs out at 6:30 then continue to do so, a bit less loudly for about 10 minutes. This happened every night - People have come at 3 in the morning, the rooms are next to the reception so you can hear them, they even tried to open the door to my room (??) - A scarab was climbing up my arm when I was sleeping. And once you feel something crawl on you, you’ll get paranoid.

Fint ställe ca 20 minuters promenad från centrum. Mycket prisvärt. Backe upp till huset så kanske inget för dig som inte kan gå lite grann. Generellt tyst runt omkring dock så är det lyhört genom rumsdörren ut till hallen/receptionen.

Very nice place in a calm naborhood only a 15 minuts walk from the center. The personel was very friendly and helpsom. I had some problems before getting there so I was late. But Silias was so kind to call and tell me to just nock the door to `wake’ her up. Thank you Silia Best Tony, Denmark

Gut für Leute, die es einfach mögen.

Wir waren schon öfters hier, aber immer nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise nach Griechenland. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings ist es uns jetzt wieder passiert, dass es in der Früh kein warmes Wasser gab. Müsste man vielleicht mal ansprechen. Ansonsten einfach, aber für den Preis empfehlenswert (wie Skopje überhaupt).

Unfortunately I got a smoker's room; the smoke got immersed everywhere. It was impossible to close the door of the communal bathroom. Furniture was very old. Receptionist was very friendy, though.

Budget 'pension' out of city centre

Budget establishment about a mile uphill out of city centre so not ideal for pensioners with limited mobility (me) I should have researched it better. Didn't appear to be near public transport (although taxis are cheap) no shops nearby except a fruit and veg stall. Outdoor seating area---- none indoor----is car park. Limited hot water....you have to ask!! Bed in our room (2) nice and large but very firm and bedding wrong size so bottom sheet was 2 small ones overlapping and top sheet and blanket barely stretched across, very skimpy. Best points ( for me) were, it's nice and quiet and has blackout curtains

Wir nutzten die Zimmer für einmaliges Schlafen auf der Durchreise. Dazu sind sie vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind klein, das Warmwasser im Bad gerade noch ausreichend. Die Räume sind aber klimatisiert, das Frühstück sehr ausgiebig und äußerst günstig und das Team sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das kostenlose WLAN funktioniert perfekt.

My ratings mean nothing-they cancelled me

Got there and they said they had cancelled my reservation, though I had heard NOTHING from the travel website or from them directly, prior to getting there. And I had already paid online for my room. Didn't get any refund - I was burnt out from 6000 miles and 20 hours of traveling and neglected to ask for refund. Bummer. However, the clerk (a nice elderly lady) called another hotel and reserved a room for me.
