Le badge ainsi que la clefs était dans une box codé à l'intérieur. C'est une couple qui nous a permis d'entrer et de récupérer le badge et la clefs de notre appartement"

"Overall, we had a good stay at Atrium Hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The biggest disappointment, however, was the cedar spa. I specifically booked this room because it had a cedar spa, as I had spent the entire day dancing at an event and was really looking forward to a hot soak to ease my sore muscles. "Handy for where we wanted to be Parking was great Staff friendly Kitchen was on the small side. Rubbish bin needed a lid. Floor in the bathroom was very slippery but we were given lots of bath mats. Beds were comfy. No noise from other guests."

"I'm going to keep this short and sweet. There were cockroaches in my bed. They were babys too which is a sign that they are breeding and there is an infestation. I personally find that to be a crazy health and safety issue but apparently this is not grounds for a refund. I am disappointed by both the hotel and Expedia."

"When you arrive you discover it's unmanned and you need to go to another location to book in, should make it clear where to go to book in. Good location and room was tidy however no electric blankets and no Sky TV which should be a bonus. Black mould on the shower door and lots of long black hair in the bathroom and floor of the unit."
