"We always stay at the Hilton and we were at the Chris Brown and Usher Raymond concert and it was blocked from the venue which was located at the Bank of America Stadium. It was extremely convenient and it was very clean Property and we enjoyed our stay there and we most definitely Return. Check-in was extremely expeditious less than five minutes and we were on our way to our suite."

On the positive side, the rooms were very clean, and I felt safe and comfortable while inside the hotel. However, there were several service issues that were disappointing. "The room had a bad smell I don’t know if it was the cleaning product or what but it had a strong smell. I love that they had a lounge set up for guests to get snacks. The parking garage is too small. The staff was great"
