"I think my wife said it best. I’ve had worse. The room looked partially renovated, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty pathetic, had cereal but no milk. Had a juice machine but no juice. The waffle maker was the only saving grace. The heater was very loud and was too hot and basically had an on and off setting. The door did not seal out the cold well and it was very cold at times. The jacuzzi was very good overall. "

"We stayed for three days. The refrigerator in the room was very loud, we couldn’t sleep the first night because of it. We reported to the front desk and informed her that we had stuff that needed to be the fridge. She laughed, which I thought was rude. The maintenance guy came and measured for a new fridge but I was never informed if it was replaced or not, which I don’t think it was because the sound was still very noticeable. "Our visit started out horribly when after check-in we found ourselves taken to a tiny, unclean room kind of in the lower level area - had to go down some stairs outside and into a room behind a metal door. The room had a small queen or maybe a full-size bed, not the king bed room we had booked and paid for. When we pointed this out to the front desk person, he said it was the correct room, and that they didn't even have any king bed rooms on the property. As my husband questioned him further,...
