"I had came here for a wedding that was going on and this hotel was within the area. I checked in on time and had a smooth experience with that. When I went into my room it was clean but there was no towels which I was hoping to shower first before I got ready for the wedding"

"Great location. Room was clean, however, the carpets ( very much so), upholstered furniture cushions REALLY need cleaning. Bathrooms could be cleaned more than only once a day. Other guests were friendly. Very funky historical building, so interesting in that regard. The hallways were crowded with old furniture and very dusty and dirty. "We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of 4 (in two rooms). The staff was accommodating, the layout of the hotel was great. We enjoyed some time at the pool, and I made use of the gym. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional! Unlike any other "hotel breakfast" you'd expect. So many options and it could get a bit chaotic if you were there during the busiest time, but still worth navigating the madness for the yummy food. "I would suggest that the property management consider installing better electrical outlets as my iPhone charger kept slipping down and out of the socket. I reported this to the front desk while I was there as I had trouble keeping my iPhone charged during my stay and had to depend on charging it in my car rental."

"I don’t know if it’s Expedia or the hotel, but we booked 2 queens, and those were NOT queen beds. When I asked the guy at the desk, he said they were. But we measured them! Definitely not queen sized. So just know if you are booking 2 queens, they will be full sized. Also, the room was pretty hot, and there is no air conditioning. The fan was very dinky and loud. "It was a very comfortable property - very quiet. the staff were friendly and helpful. This property would be good as a place to rest and recharge. Not really a destination property, but it would be our first choice if we were back in the area. Parking is very easy."
