The towels in our room were FILTHY. It was as if someone's fake tan was rubbed all over them. I was getting out of the shower when I noticed. Not ideal timing.
I called down to the front desk, and the lady said, "The manager will be right up". I didn't even ask for the manager, so I was impressed. No manager came. A housekeeper came and said, "You needed MORE towels". No, we needed clean towels. They brought ONE. I gave them the dirty ones, and they were confused. I showed how disgusting they were, so they brought me ONE more. They were replaced with threadbare off-white (formerly white) towels; one had a hole in the middle. No one apologized. No manager arrived. Not ALL towels were replaced—no attention to detail in replacing the towels with something acceptable.
Minor care and good customer service would have rectified this situation.
The lack of customer service and quality control left us wanting to avoid returning, let alone recommending it.
Shame. We've enjoyed this location in years past.
