"Het ontvangst was goed, ondanks verbouwing van de lobby werden we zeer goed ontvangen en geholpen bij het inchecken. De kamers waren zeer schoon en ruim(standaard kamer) Hierna naar het restaurant waar we ook al weer heel leuk ontvangen werden door zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het eten was zeer goed verzorgd en de smaak was geweldig. Ook door het personeel werden we zeer leuk geholpen. Het personeel gaat ook zeer leuk met elkaar om dat zorgt ook voor een hele ontspannen sfeer in het restaurant....

"This was just the perfect place to stay for a visit to Utrecht. The hotel is immaculate throughout and the staff are very welcoming. The location is awesome - just opposite the main railway station and within a beautiful shopping mall which has a huge variety of stores, restaurants and cafes. The Hampton breakfast was excellent: a great choice of hot/cold options served in spacious dining area adjacent to the reception. I will definitely be returning!"
