"Lovely place to stay never disappointed"

"Good room, although it did smell a little as if it had been cleaned with a dirty cloth. Beds were very soft, but food was excellent and good value"

"breakfast staff and the bar staff were brill, thank you all. The only thing that was missing in the room was a hairdryer, I thought there would be one, as 99% of the time they are always in the rooms. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"Room was clean but very basic. Mattresses could do with being replaced as very worn. Air conditioning not working, replaced with a fan. Doesn't appear to have had any money spent on it since being an immigration hotel."

"Horrible"

"Worked well, cheapest place by far in the area and room was quite nice. Staff were very friendly"

"Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Our room clearly had not been properly prepared or set up for guests, yet we were still charged a premium rate for the stay. The overall standard of cleanliness and presentation was appalling and nowhere near what we would expect, particularly at the rate we were charged. We understand that issues can...

"Outstanding service and incredibly friendly staff! Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed for 4 nights. It was really hot out and the room was hot. First room, a/c didn't work. They changed us to another room. 2nd room, a/c worked first night. Then each day it stopped working. I told the front staff on 4 occasions. They reset it from their end. I had the worst sleeps in the hot room with flat uncomfortable pillows. The front staff said that they disconnect the a/c each day. It is absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Great gym and spa services"

"Staff"

"Very well equipped, everything excellent quality. Food wonderful. All good."

"Perfect place for Heathrow"

"Very pleasant staff and kind. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything outside your room. It was super hot in the room. Restaurant next door was fantastic."
