"What a unique stay! This was my first time staying in a Citizen M hotel and it was cool. The rooms were unique and cozy (perfect for sleeping off jet lag) - though really compact (which was perfect for us). the staff was wonderful. "

"The room: perfect, just miss a shoehorn, a minibar and products for the bathroom
Team: very nice and professional, we noticed they are a bit stressed though. Big thanks to all the doormans.
Equipment: bathroom just perfect, bed linens amazing and very comfy
Something missing: my husband was celebrating his birthday on Sunday and no attention was done. It was mentioned during the check in. Too bad :(
