"Was hoping for more from a property that was recently remodeled and refurbished. Broken toilet handle, room door wouldn’t close properly, very thin walls, large poorly designed bathroom, no room service, over stuffed mattress topper (massage at Solage helped) and a mini and snack bar reminiscent of Las Vegas. Very limited menu with a full kitchen staff reminding you that the complementary breakfast doesn’t include gratuity. The small fridge was filled with overpriced drinks and same with a snack drawer. Saving grace was fresh baked cookies delivered at 5 every day."
