NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa

"Really great place to stay. We had originally booked a place in Venice itself but had to check out due to some issues there. This was a last minute check in and the staff were great and the room was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying on Murano rather than Venice. Plenty of options for getting back to Venice and easy to get to the airport. Also had the chance to take a private boat round to a glass making factory to see a demonstration. This was free and a really lovely extra. Kids really enjoyed it."

"Room was clean, bathroom facilities were great, we really liked the shower. Was nice to have a fridge with water inside, helped us deal with the extreme heat. Overall really really pleased with our stay, staff were super friendly and check in was nice a simple."

"This hotel has very good location. It’s close to all major attractions and water bus stops. The hotel staffs were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and is beautifully maintained. My only complaint was that the mattress in my room was old and out of shape. It was worn out and sunk in the middle which made the sleep uncomfortable. The breakfast was really good. It had great varieties and all tasted delicious. We were lucky to sit by the window and get to watch gondolas glided through while eating breakfast. The best way to start a morning."

"The building and decorations are fantastic, the cleaning team wa excellent, the reception team was too cold, I didn't feel welcomed by them. Perhaps was the language barrier. The room we stayed had fried oil and food smell all the time, but it was clean and the A/C was fantastic."
