"The Bessborough is one of Canada's best-kept hotels. It is central, with lots of parks and a river surrounding it. The staff is excellent, and service concerns can be addressed within minutes."

"The staff was good and accommodating, but the hotel it’s self hasn’t been kept up it is not clean carpet in the hallways is coming up, our room needed a lot of work to make it acceptable cracked tiles in the bathroom, a hole in the wall the was patched with a piece of wallpaper that was falling off, black hair on the sheets that looked like it was from an animal. Over all we were not impressed and will never be staying here again. "
