"This place is a basic motel, clean and serviceable for an overnight stay, but not very pleasant to hang out in. It does not look as nice as the photos online. The desk staff was friendly. The positives are that the location in Grass Valley is convenient and the price is very reasonable compared to many of the lodgings in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area."

"Friendly kind staff stating if there is anything we can help you with during your stay let us know. Cafe diner fresh crisp salad.. bathroom facilities clean. Unfortunately pool access not open until May. Beds extremely comfortable. Nice touch on robes to wear. Will recommend and stay again."

"The floor of our room was sticky. Very pet friendly. Breakfast buffet was not stocked well, specifically they were out of coffee the first day and out of hot water the next. To be fair, once I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, they alerted the breakfast crew and they remedied the problem. "

"Working on the road i look for the most financially viable option and this motel 6 was the one. At first impression i was astonished by how clean the area and lobby were. At first i had made contact with the manager while checking in, he was amazing. After the second week of staying there the manager followed through with my request of keeping the same room. The staff made sure i had everything i needed from room cleaning daily to fresh towels and bed sheets. If every motel6 followed in...

"IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. "

"The stairs down were a little difficult but worth it totally. The cafe below took care of all of our food needs for the two days...they were great. The rooms were clean and comfortable...I would definitely stay there again!"
