"We booked a family suite at Stardust Motel for one night as it was conveniently located close to Halifax Airport. The staff was extremely helpful, and she made the check-in process and other formalities very easy for us. However, there was only one AC unit in the living room, and the bedroom did not have any AC. The bedroom felt quite hot and stuffy during our stay. Unfortunately, the room also had a noticeable cigar smell, which made the stay less comfortable. Overall, the helpful staff and convenient location were positives, but the lack of AC in the bedroom and the cigar smell were disappointing."

"I heard that the hotel is currently undergoing some renovations, which I believe will help improve the overall guest experience. The hotel is quite old, and some of the amenities, especially the towels, are noticeably worn out. The towels were quite old, discolored, and looked like they had seen better days. Overall, though, the stay was okay. The biggest advantage is its convenient location, especially being close to the airport."

"Beautiful location and steps away from the ocean. Property is situated on very low tide beach, that is very messy. There are supposed to be two outdoor faucets for you to wash your feet before going into room. Both were not on/working, which made it very hard to keep sand out of room. Scheduled power outage both nights we were there, which made it especially uncomfortably hot with summer heat (not the motel's fault, but nothing done to try to make in least bit better). Would possibly stay there again."
