"Loved everything about this hotel! We stayed three nights and it was the perfect place to stay as a gateway to the western entrance of Glacier National Park and the Going-to-the-Sun Road! We also went to Flathead Lake and Polson. Easy scenic drive to everywhere. We stayed in one of the larger rooms with the fireplace and jetted tub which made the experience even better! Highly recommend the splurge! Daily breakfast was also wonderful! Lovely hotel! We will definitely stay again if we are ever...

"The room was not clean. The door to our room was left open when we got to it. There were zero shower towels in our room. The next door guest screamed at crying kids at the top of his lungs until midnight."

"This property was so great! It’s from 1912 but has been updated and is super nice. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Location is amazing - there is a fantastic bakery a few blocks away also if with several bars and restaurants. I’m already looking forward to coming back and spending more time in downtown Kalispell and will definitely stay here!"

"Brand new property (2026) but forgot sound insulation as every squeak or fart - up, down, next door, hall way - can be heard. Amenities- what would that be?? Coffee by cup, a piece of fruit and an off brand chocolate or fake blueberry muffi -wrapped in sweaty plastic. Ikk and gross. No desk help present at our 6:00 am checkout even after numerous bell rings. I would never stay here again, Expensive and clear - the business plan/design was, cheap, NO amenities and under staffed... fooled me...

"We really enjoyed our stay here on a recent trip to Glacier National Park. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast area and out door seating felt very upscale. It's close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping and is about 40 miles away from the West entrance to Glacier. They are dog friendly too!"

"If you’re looking for a RUSTIC outdoorsy stay surrounded by animals, this place is for you. Coming into the property was pretty bumpy. It is a working farm/ranch. The road was poorly maintained with many potholes. We stayed in one of the tents. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. The listing said there would be a tv and electricity of which there was neither inside our tent. The distance to the bathhouse was significant and muddy. The trail crossed with the horse trail so...

"The room was so water damaged that bugs were crawling in under the walls and through the giant gap in the door. Any time you swept up all the bugs a whole bunch more would crawl out of the wall or under the door. The vending machines were broken and only allowed you so select from very few choices. The ice machine never worked. The pool was down for "maintenance" in 97 degree weather. The staff was nice though."
