Check in time was 3pm - Arrived at 3:45 and room was not ready = 3 star rating. But then I left a jewelry box in the room and left and got home and called and the operator was kind and went to the room and looked and checked with housekeeping = 5 star rating. (I later found the box in my bag lol) ...
