Several small things were broken in the room, like the bathroom door hook and clothes hanger and wven switches on the lights. There wernt many plugs available for all the items in the room, it had to be arranged awkward to plug everyting in like the tv microwave fridge and desk lamp etc. The stay swrved its purpose.

I had toe nail clippings on my room floor dirty toilet , the person in the room behind me was yelling cursing didn’t let us get rest …. Considering we had to drive 10 hours back home … I would definitely like a refund because the experience was so poor.

My ceiling in my room had significant water damage. I don’t know if my toilet was cleaned from the last guest. The hotel was not very busy but they put me right next to another couple that kept me up all night because they were talking so loud and the walls were so thin. Dead roach in the hallway.

Dirty- our bed didn’t even have sheets the other bed squeaked so bad that we could not sleep . We didn’t get the room we rented but that was expedia fault. We arrived when 3 cop cars are out front.

The rooms, beds, linen, pull out was dirty. Good location but it needs an upgrade to everything. I haven’t seen yellow sheets since I was a kid. The piss sheets. They can do better for the location they are in. You the kids had fun in the pool.

Due to some previous guest taking them,towels were hard to get. But the staff was prompt at getting some for you in a timely manner! Our bathroom light wasn't working without the fan and was kindof loud. Rooms were very clean!

We’ve stayed at this property 10 years in a row when we travel from our winter stay in Florida and we’re always happy…..not this time. The tile floors in the lobby and rear entrance were filthy and sticky, even the walls looked dirty. We no sooner got in our room and the smoke detector kept beeping I went to the front desk to ask for help and was told that they did not have anyone to look at it, she said they were full and if I did not want to stay I should contact Expedia for a refund….great customer service. I would guess that the property was taken over by someone else and the place is no dumpy. Unfortunate but properties and customer service like this ruin the chain

Absolutely dreadful experience. The room was dirty, stained bedding and stained furniture. Dated and worn furniture. I also felt unsafe. I slept on top of the covers in the clothes I had on. I refused to let any of my items touch the floor. The breakfast was akin to prison food. I have been trying to get my money back, Expedia has done zero to help me and the motel is combative. DONT stay here...woman to woman

Hallway carpet dirty. Coffee machine in lobby broken. Breakfast discusting with few options. The room was tolerable. The hotel is under renovations. May I recommend new carpet and paint in corridors. Replace the unit doors as the noise they make when closing is jarring. Get rid of the metal stand the bed is sitting on..... ridiculous! I am certain they are not compliant with fire code.

The location was recommended by friends. It is convenient and easy to access. Surrounded by food and shopping options. The room is clean and the location is well maintained. Unfortunately though our room on the ground floor had a lot of noise from above so I assume it was caused by poor noise dampering. The hallway was also loud well past midnight. I still recommend giving the location serious consideration because overall it's a good value for the price. There is an incidentals charge on arrival added to the prepaid room price so that needs to be considered also.

I enjoyed my 2 nights staying at super 8 by Wyndham, i called ms. Joan at the front desk to let her know i needed toilet to be checked out and she sent this nice guy name chris or cody to check it out and i must say he was well mannered and did everything i ask him to do and he was quick, i will definitely be coming back to stay because every time I stay it's always a pleasure be there and staff/clerk is very friendly.

The check in woman was wonderful. Room was clean. Hallway was still dirty and the cleaning crew was up here when we checked in so it was weird and the elevator smelled so bad and for a “no smoking” facility there were burn holes in the comforter on the bed and a lot of smoke smell but overall it was a good experience.

Disappointing
I don’t know what happened to the original workers or the great housekeepers. Hotel is older but used to be very clean now it looks as if they have no one. A dirty rag was even left on the shower. This used to be the place to stay to lay your head for a few hours or one night but I was very displeased this time. The breakfast is horrible!
