"The hotel was clean, free breakfast was great & staff was good. The person that checked us in was very helpful in setting our family up to room near each other. We were disappointed that the pool was out of service & wish they had let us know ahead of time. Our shower was out of shower gel so we asked for it to be filled on our 1st day & it was not. Otherwise, our stay was great!"

"Had a horrible time checking in because system was down so it took almost 2 hours before they realized that they could actually use paper and pen when everyone had a confirmation number. In the meantime we just sat around. His staff was friendly enough just ineffective . I think they were just waiting for corporate to tell them what to do . I actually called customer service and suggested to them that paper check in should be okay for those that have a confirmation number I guess they finally got the message . The room was clean except for the shower which had a lot of mold growing in it. When we checked there was no trash can in the bathroom nor a bar soap for the sink but both problems were resolved after pointing them out ti housekeeping . Lots of free parking. Houluhans restaurant on site. Has the highest rating of almost any hotel in Columbus. Would hate to see the lower starred properties"
