"I think there were too many cons. I orginally booked this reservation because of the ocean view. However, our ocean view was in the living room of the suite and the room itself was right next to a very busy highway that we could hear all night long. The pictures were very deceiving. Our microwave in the room did not work and all of the couch furniture had visible stains on them, the Inn looks very run down and they should invest in new furniture. They couldnt even offer complimentary water......."
"Parking was closed off the secondary exist. Only one was in and out. The room had a stench like they used dirty polluted water or something to clean everything. The bathroom had an initial weird smell as well.
The TV setup is at least 10-15 years old, but I assume they do not want to upgrade anything because they would have to charge more per night to "justify" the cost.
The mattresses were exctremely thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows.
Again, you get what you pay for. Theres no way you can justify $140 per night rate, but this is Ventura so it is what it is. "
"Night stuff was awesome. The morning ones, well they were very racist towards us. They need more people personal. We’re just passing through as tourists .. hotel room we’re disgusting. But like I said we’re just passing through.."
"Breakfast options are plentiful and refilled in a timely manner. I ate at various times and they never seemed to run out.
The best part about this property is the comfortable bed. I slept as if I were at home."
