"Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, close to grocery store , very Family friendly"

"It was a clean bed to sleep in Oxnard. Could have used a blanket on the beds to stay warm. A top sheet and bed spread is all they had."

"Great place. Super nice staff was very helpful and the room had a big jetted tub. I liked the little street with access to the beach and a close walk to Santa BuenaVentura state park. Will return. It’s especially a great spot if you run the MTB marathon or Ventura marathons."

"An actual key was given. There were locks on the door, but one of them needed to be “pumped” so that we can unlocked the door. There were two TV’s in the room. One worked and another did not. The working TV seemed to froze a lot. Uncovered plastic cups were provided in the room. The bathroom does not have a fan and the window would not open. The floor seemed grimey. We had two beds, but we only used one. The bed was very unstable. The sheets seemed old and questionable. The walls were paper thin...

"Was die Unterkunft einmalig macht ist die Aussicht. Das zahlt man auch. Diese ist wirklich traumhaft. Man komm auch schnell an den Strand auf einer Seite. Frühstück ja wie man es kennt in den USA. Es gibt allerdings viel Kuchen und verschiedene Milch Sorten aber keine Marmelade. Leider nur Butter und Honig. Aber frisches leckeres Obst dafür. Die Zimmer ja was soll man sagen, man sieht das es sehr alt ist. Sauber war es soweit schon aber die Flecken auf den alten Möbel und Vorhängen, die kaputten...

"It’s a relatively new property from what I could tell. Very clean, beds were awesome and I’ll be staying here again when I return to town."

"We loved the location as we were able to walk downtown and to the beach. Also enjoyed the spacious room and comfy bed. Additionally the breakfast was impressive with an assortment of hot items (even had custom breakfast burritos) and fresh fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe and pineapple)."

"Waypoint Ventura is a treat, to say the least. All the vintage trailers are beautifully appointed and restored. Plus, the whole vibe in the place is just fantastic. Easy walkability to great restaurants and breweries. Looking forward to my next stay and trying a different travel trailer next time."

"The property is beautiful and nice. My wife and booked this for a one night get away. We were really looking forward to our time on the patio (since we paid significantly extra for beach front). The whole time we were there a man was doing construction right outside of our patio on tables and chairs. It was a BIG let down. I wish they would have warned us to err was going to be construction. We would have waited before spending that kind of money on a one night stay. We could not enjoy...

"I’d return. This is a great value. It’s a simple beach place and a very nice experience. The beach can’t get any closer. There is nothing like a concrete strand with human traffic; just the beach on the other side of the three feet block wall of the semi shared small patio."

"Very nice hotel, great for families. Our favorites were the restaurant, pool, and spacious room. Pillows were a little flat but other than that no complaints. We would come back."

"Pros We stayed in the room for 2 nights and came away with a great impression! The room and bathroom both had a fresh, recently renovated feel. On our second day, housekeeping even came by to make up the bed and refresh the towels. Fairly spacious, with a fridge and microwave included. Cons At one point we took the last spot in the parking lot, and another car arrived after us — not sure where they ended up parking... The soundproofing leaves something to be desired."
