"Had to get room key every time we returned to hotel. It was ridiculous. So somedays we had to do it 5-6 times a day. Pool looked clean but way too cold no one in it."

Manager (3/18 a.m.) at the front desk rather impolitely said we our franchise and not responsible for what Marriott corporate does. Other front desk staff were very nice and try to be accommodating."
