"We absolutely love this hotel. Very clean, very close to the beautiful Venice beach . They provided beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. The water fill station was great! Didn’t have to buy any water! Breakfast was good, always fresh fruit, pastries , muffins , cereals excellent coffee and different juices. The staff was exceptionally nice and attentive ! Will definately be returning as soon as we can! 5 stars for sure!!!"

"All the staff was super friendly, parking was great (got to park right in front of my room - it was soooo easy to pack and unpack my car) AC worked awesome which is very important. Blackout curtains did their job 100%! I didn't use the pool as I spent most of my time at the beach, but from what i could see it was beautiful."

"The pillow cases and bedsheets had hair on them. Duvet had a hole from a cigarette burn on it. The staff did offer a different room but the new room still had the same issue with cleanliness."

"The room is steps from the beach! The room was clean and well maintained. I did have a problem while in the front office. There were two very large umbrella boxes on the floor and I tripped over them and fell. Another guest who was checking out had to help me get up. The office attendant was getting towels. She came back into the office to see me on the floor and did nothing to help. Very little concern was shown, and she did nothing follow up with me to see how I was feeling. Not sure I...
