"Clean room and nice stay"

"We did not travel far, we drove up from Houston to attend a soccer game at Kyle Field. The staff was on point, organized and well prepared for this event. The room was nice and spacious. Very clean including the shower, which usually is not at a lot of places. I’m very picky when it comes to staying places and hotel definitely met my standards. Should we ever come back to College Station and are looking for a place to stay, it will definitely be here."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The facility is a little bit older and the room configurations are pretty strange. Bathroom was very tight, but did have a pretty nice shower and good flow rate from the showerhead. There was a safe present in the room. The bed being so close to the output of the HVAC unit made it difficult to maintain a nice cool temperature in the room without freezing while in bed. Breakfast options were slightly above average for hotel class."

"Our room was HOT and very uncomfortable even though we had the a/c on 65!!!!"

"A “questionable” stain on the sheets upon arrival which they changed without hesitation. It was the first Holiday Inn/IHG that we’ve stayed in that didn’t have free continental breakfast."

"Wry nice check in staff, but the property is rundown and dirty. There is no AC in the fitness room. The breakfast is not good and very small amount of food to choose from. The bathroom was disgusting as well as the floors. The towels were also gross. Would not stay again."

"Not recommended for families but only cause it’s an older property. Doesn’t really offer anything for families. If you are traveling alone and just need 1 maybe 2 nights and are looking for a cheap place it’s ok. Conveniently located. It’s half hotel half “long term stays” so there’s that. I felt like I traveled back to the 70s. That said everyone was very nice ."

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel McCoy! Rooms were extremely clean and staff were very friendly and courteous. Loved the quirky decor and amenities as well as the close proximity to Texas A&M university!"

"The front desk clerk. i forgot his name he was so personable. We loved it here we got two rooms they are a little cold when you walk in but it was welcomed in the Texas heat and humidity.. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay with this brand again."

"Super comfortable bed! Very nice room for what we need. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The only complaint I have is that our key cards stopped working 5 times over a period of 3 days. We tried storing the cards in different locations that would avoid deactivating them, but that did not seem to make a difference."

"We have stayed here many times over the years and always appreciate the staff. Day or night they are very helpful. The hotel has been there for awhile and is still neat, clean, and quiet."

"We came in for the Brazos Valley Horse Auction. Needed a place to stay for the weekend that was close to sale barn. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and very refreshing after being outside all day!"
