Search Hotels Near Snow Summit, Big Bear Lake

"As a member of Hotels.com for many years and have been in hundreds of hotels, this got to be the worst experience. First of all ,as seniors ,we weren"t by an elevator, but the LAST room around the horseshoe corridor.The TV didnt work.The electric blinds didn"t work properly.The heating/air conditioning didnt work at all. We froze our ass at 32" at nite.The breakfast was even bad.The eggs were cold and potatoes was hard like a rock.I've been in lots of Hamptons Hotels and its ashame in a beautiful town ,this hotel is the pits.The young girl at the front desk had an attitude problem."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner made loud, weird noises all night and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The shower was very dark and awkward, especially for anyone over 5’6”. I’m 5’10” and had to squat to wash my hair. The WiFi was terrible and would barely connect. The location was fabulous though. "

"This is the absolutely cutest hotel. It's not too far of a walk to the downtown and they have a very cool classy 70s aesthetics. In the lobby, they have complementary coffee, tea and water, as well as some video games and comfy couches and the rooms are comfortable."

"While the staff was friendly and helpful when needed. However we did not know the access to all the utilities or where they all were? Also, advertises a bar and restaurant which wasn’t opened ? Also, website shows a sauna but we did not get to use it? Again the room, parking, & the property was delightful but not being able to walk to village a bar and restaurant on grounds would have been better. Overall a 4 out of 5"

"The room was clean, the staff was friendly and we had a full kitchen. The fireplaces in each room worked so well that we didn’t have to turn on a heater. We were truly impressed with the layout of the unit. We will definitely speak about our travels to whomever wishes to stay in Big Bear. "

"A clean, well located property, with excellent views of the lake and the dock for boats. The sounds of water rippling , the quack and chirping of ducks and birds help to enjoy a relaxation experience."
