Walls are in process of repair and it said that they ate “”getting new carpet”.
Beds are comfortable, staff is. Ery helpful and nice.
We confirmed our reservation for pickup at the airport and were told to call once we have our luggage so the driver would tell us where the pick up would be.
When we called, we were told that the shuttle service is no longer available?????
The amenities are minimal: no hair conditioner, shower cap, lotion, make up remover, cotton...

"Good hotel and very friendly staff. Replacement of tea/coffee and cups bit intermittent and had to chase. Lift refurbishment but no problem if you don't mind service lift. Pool always busy, small for size of hotel. Would be better if you had to book."

"The air conditioning was not turned on even though it was 30 Celsius outside. When we asked about it we were told it hadn’t been turned on yet and it was up to the manager to decide if it was hot enough. Our room was on the third floor - heat rises - it was too hot to sleep.
The hotel has one side where there is no elevator access. The hotel description says it has an elevator. We would not have booked here if we knew we had to use stairs.
Our bathroom did not have a proper shower. It...

"Beautiful traditional Italian interior design. Convenintly located on the Prague Castle side of the Danube, the area seemed less busy with easy access to numerous shops and restaurants. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant with a gorgeous view of the city. It also hosts the CODA toprated restaurant. There is a music library with numerous recordings and music litterature. We came here because Fairmont Golden Prague could not extend our stay there and are now very happy for the experience."
