"We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a senior suite at no extra charge with an excellent view of the port. It was a great room with the only issues being not enough lighting in the bathroom and poor drainage in the shower. The shower head flow was excellent but we had to cut back the flow to avoid overflowing the shower basin. Also, the breakfast is excellent with a great view of the water."

"We booked Fredj Hotel and Spa as a (more expensive) treat near the end of our long holiday in Spain & Morocco. Very disappointed to say the least. We booked for 3 nights/4 days. Challenges.... - our room lock did not work. After repeated promises that this would be fixed we were moved to a new room late on second day. - no towels! (not to mention no robes and slippers as advertised!). Finally received ONE bath towel and ONE hand towel after 2 nights at the hotel. - water bottles only on day 1...

"Room was not clean. Pile of dust in living area floor. Crumbs on window ledge. Bed was like cement as well as the pillows. Dry loud area. Noise all night long. Prayers are heard a few times a day and they are extremely loud. Not really set up for short stays"
