"When arrived, we were told that there will be no hot water for 2 weeks. For shower we need to go to a different building. Had to upgrade the room for considerable amount, to get room with hot water. Problem was, not enough hot water.. On 2nd shower, the hot water already ran out, and had to wait for water to heat. Terrible. Then wanted to pay for parking. Rate was 3000 RUB. The automatic machine charged twice!, 6000 RUB. When complained, had to fill a form for refund. waiting to get money. But...
