Good location N of town. Interesting neighborhood safe for walking. Negative: refrigerator made a wheezing repetitive noise, so disturbing that we finally had to unplug the fridge (fortunately that was easy). None of the card keys we were given worked on bldg exterior doors.

The water for the shower was a trickle literally. The ceiling fan was missing and the electric wires were sticking out uncapped very dangerous. The room felt dirty. TV did not work. The front desk would not answer the call when I called for them to try to fix the TV. Very disappointed. I will never stay at that hotel again ever I suggest arete take a look at it because it is dangerous, electric wire sticking out the ceiling uncapped, I took pictures just to make sure if corporate wants to see them

Our fridge didn’t work in room 130. We were moved to room 136. The shower curtain is too small for the shower rod. The room was dirty. The blanket…a huge rip in it.

The person who checked us in was rude and didn't even tell us how to find our room or where to park. The A/C unit was hanging on by a thread and there were holes in the walls. The toilet wasn't secured to the floor and water was leaking. Other issues existed with the shower rod, the refrigerator unit, and the electricity. Hallways were dark with busted out lights, felt very unsafe inside and out. Wish I could share pictures. Highly do not recommend! Overall a TERRIBLE experience.

First of all the property was fine and the room was fine. Everything was pretty clean and the stay was uneventful. There were two items that I think could be addressed. First, the front desk staff was not exactly friendly and sort of robotic really. I felt like an inconvenience for them to have to get up off the couch and attend. Second, the TV in the room was just a mess. Out of 4 shows I tried to watch, it said there was some error and mode problem which I had no idea how to correct. One channel did work and I did watch that so no big deal but I think it would be easy to put some kind of trouble shooting guide in the room to navigate the complexity of "Direct TV" which I find quite a misnomer in that it is anything but direct to understand how to navigate it.

The room had old stained carpet. Half the barh towels were dirty with stains. The security chain was missing on door. The toilet had a mole ring around it.

Quiet, clean and a great price! No coffee in room and no coffee ready by 6 am in the breakfast area☹️. Updated shower, fridge, paint and carpet. Desk staff were efficient even if not very friendly. Would be helpful if they had comfy bedding, updated toilets/sinks. Still, ok place for a one night stop.

I've never done a negative review. As my mom taught me, if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. In this case, however, the property was really in bad shape. Lots of trash in the parking lot and interior work is sorely needed. This is, however, a great restaurant right next door. We had a lovely dinner.

The front desk gentleman when we checked in was the best part of our stay. Very friendly and accommodating. This property needs serious work. It is filthy. Bathroom needs a complete overhall. The worst Super 8 we have stayed at.

The pictures on the internet were not accurate. It is run down with boxes stacked everywhere. The breakfast was very limited. The pool was drained and an eyesore. Check in was slow and guests came back to reactivate their keys as I had to do. I arrived at 5 PM and had to wait until 5:30 to get into my room.

Leaking sink. Coffee maker didn’t work and if it did there was no coffee,cups or cream sugar. Clerk behind desk was playing on computer and didn’t notice me standing there Breakfast was all but non-existent! No ice bucket in room no matter ice machine broken and to keep it short I kept needing to have our keys reprogrammed But the worst was TWICE someone attempted to enter our room with a programmed key ! LUCKILY I chained the door Well in a positive note someone else’s key worked

The room carpet needed vacuum. Was purchase tags on floor left from previous people. Trash can already had trash in it on arrival. View was an empty pool that was dirty. People from other rooms were leaving at 5 am and doors shutting seemed to rattle the room as if next door.

No rooms were ready when I tried to check-in ~4:30 pm and I was asked to come back at 5pm. There was a line and I had to wait. Seems like clerk should’ve taken my name & reservation # and have the room ready for me when I returned. Room did not lock. Thus it was unlock if I left the room and was only lockable with the deadbolt from the inside. Fitted sheet had unknown/blood? stain near the top center if bef and I had to cover with a towel. I had to sleep on that, GROSS! Seemed like maid should’ve seen that stain when making the bed and replaced it with another. Breakfast choices were limited, no juice or tea, cereal, toast ir waffles. This seems to be on par to another Super8 I stayed at…never again!

the hand towels were clean but they looked used and dirt. we couldnt get water from the sink, so i cleaned out the filter underneath the faucet. i even took pictures before and after. it is not just about renting the rooms but maintain them for customer returns. it is all about making a living, but when customers dont come back you will loose
