"The check in, staff at front desk, and room were very nice. The staff at the deli were ok and fairly accommodating. Our only complaint was the casino. The machines were disappointing and my husband was wanting the poker machines like we play in every other casino we have been in but they were no where to be found. The slots were not at all familiar (except Buffalo and a couple of others). I appreciated the non-smoking area game area very much - but I wish the games had been better."

"We loved that the room was big with a mini hallway by the door. We also liked that they have a covered parking lot but you have to pass through the casino where they always ask for your ID. Staff missed to do the housekeeping service we requested on our third day of stay but they were able to do it the next day when we followed up."

"A nice place to stay. The first morning emergency alarm went off at 8am. No explanation. That was frightening to wake up to. The beds are firm which I liked. The room could use some upgrades. The furniture is scratched up and chipped. But overall it's not that bad. Felt very secure."
