"The lack of a reception and available staff made the whole experience very empty. It felt like a motel with no soul or vibes. The lack of staff with check in meant all information was provided via 10 different formats, including wallpapers, shower pamphlets, QR codes etc. making it easy to oversee something, which we did, and one staff member seem annoyed when we as a result asked about it.
