"We were very pleased with our stay at Rival!! All the staff were very helpful and friendly. NIcodemus checked us in and reviewed the key areas of the city. He would often , as we were coming and going, to see if we needed help, always with a smile. The hotel was super clean and spacious. Great location. We could walk most places or take a ferry. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had in our travels. We highly recommend Rival and would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Absolutely lovely small hotel, with an elegant and comfortable bar and multiple common areas on every floor. Room are spacious and cozy. Location is perfect. Avoid 5th floor due to slopped ceiling over the bed and smaller windows. I hit my head at night pretty hard on the slope, but that was the only flaw. Breakfast is great. Would definitely stay here again (just on a lower floor :)."

"I gave this same comments directly to the Grand Hotel when they also asked for feedback: 1) despite the high nightly rates, the cost DOES NOT include the spa or buffet breakfast. Both these are highlighed prominently by the hotel, but I’m sure others like me will presume they are included. Not only are they not included, but they are a lot of money extra per day each. 2) some rooms are described as ‘courtyard or side street’. The courtyard is tiny so Inthink there is a 90% chance of getting...

"Hôtel rénové très bien situé face à la gare T centralen avec au pied 1 accès métro, aurait le max d'étoiles si l'on n'essayait pas d'attribuer aux singles la plus incommodante des chambres, avec 20 cm autour du lit, 1 penderie de 50cm sur 70 de hauteur, sans siège ni espace bureau, sombre, étouffante, alors qu'on a réservé et payé pour 10 jours. Sous couvert d'être 1 cadeau, avec 1 lit en 140. Changement obtenu pour 1 vraie single sous les toits lit Moelleux en 120 cm mais enfin de quoi pendre...

"On the waterfront just across from the old town, the location was perfect. The room was modern and clean, though the bathroom sink is strange and to me unappealing. The breakfast was fantastic, and the outdoor dining very nice!"

It's a very basic accommodation with quite poor TV reception and few amenities. But I was looking for basic, safe and clean and the property does well on those accounts. Enjoyed my stay."

Alla richiesta di vedere la ns firma posta. sul receipt di tale room service, ci hanno annullato l’addebito e precisato che avrebbero controllato loro."
