"The hotel should be more efficient around their shuttle service to the terminals. They should allow the guests to pre-book their rides on the shuttle transfers for their upcoming flights away from Sofia so the coordination of the logistics could be improved. We were denied shuttle transfer to the terminal due to the lack of space and not allowing us to pre book in advance. Another, observation is that practically there is not a normal walkable path with baggage to walk to the closer Terminal 1 which is about 900m away."
