"The hotel was beautiful in an old way and I was lucky to have avoided the giant cruise ships that block up the fjord but access to the floating sauna and train was very good. I'm just really unhappy that the towel I left behind was obviously thrown away by staff as when I asked for them to find it, they said cleaners said it wasnt there, which is not true as I left it drying after the floating sauna. So be careful, don't leave your items in the room as staff won't help you get them back.."
