"Easy check-in, even though I was hours late. Augustine, the concierge, was simply amazing! I forgot my travel adaptor, and he tried his best to look through the storage to find one. I could tell he was working long hours and was smiling at every turn! Time for a raise for Augustine!. Thanks, I will keep up with Z Hotel when I'm in London. Keep your awesome employees! "

"The hotel is really cute and clean. There is always someone at the receptioin and they make sure it is safe. The neighborhood is nice and it is a few minutes away from paddington station. The bed was comfortable. My towels were changed everyday. The staircase is narrow and there is no elevator. I was on the fourth flour, and out of breath by the time I made to my room. There is no air conditionning, but the fan did a good job. It is a good place to rest after a long day. "

"Heart of Soho!!! Easy to get ANYWHERE!!! Apartment was laid out nicely for the two of us. Was not the one we thought we reserved however as we wanted the lofted area but was still great. Living/dinning/kitchen area was spacious and big. Kitchen area had all we needed. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was large. The clear glass window to the hallway in bedroom was a bit startling but as a married couple was not an issue. Key/code system was easy to navigate and they communicated via email in timely...

"I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money."
